Deze synchronisatie funncie kan per individuele file of in batch aangeroepen worden, zodra er bijvoorbeeld iets wijzigt in de titelblokgegevens van AutoCAD of in de indexvelden van de database. Deze functie maakt het handmatig overtikken van gegevens overbodig. Contenz beschikt over een module om de relaties met verwijzingsbestanden (Xref) te onderhouden.
